Our Story

As a product management leader at SkipTheDishes and Neo Financial during times of exponential growth, Dean Ferley was familiar with working late nights and most weekends. However, shortly after welcoming his second child, he and his wife decided it was time for a change. 

He became the primary caregiver for his kids and began working with local companies part-time (when grandparents were spending time with the kids). Since then he’s worked with several leading organizations including Callia, Evotrux, Siloam Mission, Atomic Build, and Youth Employment Services Manitoba.
